Ambient Lighting is a one stop energy efficient lighting solutions service with a wide range of products, including street lighting, commercial lighting, specification lighting, outdoor lighting and more. All of our products are CE, CB, RoHS and UL approved and our products come with minimum 5-year warranty, with some street lighting receiving up to 20 years warranty. We are considered UK's leading light solution for a number of reasons.

We have an exclusive agreement in the UK on one of our products called the LED Powermoon – This is a unique product and we have been specified on HS2 with this. No one else can supply anything like it, we have agreed to sell to The Gap Group as well as various HS2 sites and Balfour Beatty projects. We also have complete LED Street Lighting; we are on a framework to supply LED street lighting and associated IOT software to The YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation) which is a 4 year framework with a value of 100M pounds, we are only one of seven companies on there.

At Ambient Lighting, we have an ability to produce high-volume, high-quality products. Our specialist development programme ensures that we are at the forefront of new technology. We are constantly striving to innovate and improve. That’s why in 2016 we extended our in-house Testing facilities to include our own Photometric Test Laboratory. Having our own photometric laboratory allows us to prototype, test, improve, test and test again. Furthermore, our experienced team offers our customers something extra by providing quality, fast lighting designs to any of our clients on request.

We have our own dedicated manufacturing facility, which means our products are always available from stock and are built to our own very high standards. Our professional teams are representatives from the fields of optic and industrial design and our research and manufacturing personnel are continuing to deliver even more advanced lighting technologies. The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails, the director becomes personally liable for the loan. The director is a homeowner, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or director. In 2021, admin expenses were £117,315 and other operating income was £21,760. In 2022, admin expenses were £152,307 and other operating income was £6,034. The admin expenses in the financial table below includes other operating income. The bank statements demonstrate reasonable affordability and the accounts remain well in credit.
