At BS&P Limited, we provide bearing and engineering solutions. We aim to be that one-stop-shop for all of our customers’ needs. We provide a range of tools and equipment from motors and gearboxes, belts and chains, bearings, adhesives, fasteners and fixings, as well as small tools. We also sell workwear (including PPE) as well as janitorial.

Our founder Neville is highly experienced in the industry and because of his level of drive and passion, we have been growing steadily year on year.

Based in Bishop Auckland, we have a team of 12 that are passionate about providing the best for all of our customers. We have a 24-hour emergency service and our response to any queries or problems are swift. Our deliveries are fast and we even provide a click and collect service. Our customers come first and we ensure we provide them with the best services with us.

As we continue to grow as a business, our demand for services continues to increase, so the funds used for this campaign will go towards fixtures and fittings, as well as refinancing and advertising.

COVID-Resilience:
The e-commerce sector has recently risen by 68% since April due to the impacts of COVID-19, showing this sector to be quite resilient in our current circumstances. Moreover, there had been a higher demand for BS&P's services in equipment, including their PPE workwear.

Credit Risk Comment:
The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails the directors become personally liable for the loan. The director is a homeowner, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors. The director had a previous business in administration, completed in 2010, and as this was over ten years ago we are comfortable going ahead with this deal but have increased the interest rate accordingly.
