I have been involved in the owning and running of jewellery shops for over 40 years retail jewellery shop buying second-hand jewellery and watches. We have a workshop on the premises which we use to recycle much of the pre-loved jewellery that we take in. Much of this is turned into handmade diamond jewellery which we then sell though our retail shop on Oxted High Street. We provide myriad services besides this, including resizing and replating, alongside fixing and refurbishing watches.

We are very proud of the ability we have to deliver what people want in a short timescale, manufacturing the pieces for our customer's requirements and ensuring they leave our shop happy with their purchases. Our turnarounds can be very quick due to the skill and experience of our in-house craftsman and his team. They ensure that any project they take on, from an adjustment to a custom piece, is completed to perfection and in record time. Whilst we offer a selection of standard services, we are always happy to discuss our customers’ needs in the event they require a non-standard service. Client satisfaction is one of the key focuses of our business, and we definitely agree that there’s no business like repeat business.

The main difference between us and our competitors is that we understand the business of jewellery inside and out, and we can manufacture jewellery at a far cheaper price than anybody locally. We know all of our loyal customers very well and we are very well established and respected in the area. Moreover, we have been expanding our digital presence. Sales have increased recently due to our utilisation of social media in our marketing, allowing us to reach a much wider market. Thankfully our team is still able to keep up with the increased demand, and we recently experienced our largest turnover since we opened 14 years ago. Our focus may be on older things, but we have adapted and adjusted to the modern era and are more than keeping up!
