Credit commentary:
The company is providing a debenture as well as a personal guarantee from the Director Emma Baxendale, which means should the business fail, and there are insufficient assets within the business to repay the loan, we can look to the director to repay any shortfall on repayment. The director has a medium financial profile, and the company holds an Equifax Report of E. Our credit assessment states a Higher-level risk rate due to several financial aspects from the last two years. Even though the company made a loss last year, for 2023 the company increased its turnover by 51%. Their Debt Service Capacity is above 1, meaning the company can pay the proposed loan. Throughout this year the company has shown a positive and stable Cash Flow. Finally, their EBITDA is sufficient to cover Interest, existing debt payments and the proposed facility. The director can be traced for several years with no issues.

Inflation Risk:
As the majority of lending to the business is at a fixed rate, they will not be immediately affected by interest rate increases.

Note: There is a difference in the net profits figures reported in 2021 on companies house with our financials information because we don't include other operating income in the analysis.
