As their name suggests, they take their inspiration from southern Italy, and much of their food is rooted in Neapolitan cuisine. A Taste of Italy

Bella Amalfi was founded over 20 years ago because I recognised the lack of fine Italian cuisine in Sandwich, Kent. I knew it had to have both style and substance, and it needed to be a welcoming environment for diners with children as well as those without. This has so far been a success, as we’re still going strong. Italy is a diverse and beautiful country, and I wanted to make sure it was well represented by Bella Amalfi. As a result, though our main inspiration is southern Italy, you can find dishes from across the country on our menu.

Our passion for food and expertise in Italian cuisine, help set us apart. We have built and cultivated a wonderful restaurant with a lively atmosphere, and it is often filled with the delightful crooning of Neapolitan folk music. Customer satisfaction means the world to us, our dedication and focus on excellent service have resulted in us building a community of repeat clients. Providing an environment that offers not only exceptional food but also offers our clients a place to escape and connect was a goal of ours and we are truly proud to have been running for so many years.
