NP Industrial Services Ltd are a specialist Industrial Services contractor and training provider.

We are a surface preparation company that practises environmental sustainability and uses robotics to increase security. I was able to grow the business to where it is today given my previous experience managing operations and sales for large corporations. NP Industrial Services Ltd was established out of a desire to improve working practises and create a safer working environment. Our five guiding principles—safety, effectiveness, client satisfaction, innovation, and environmental impact— these serve as the foundation for all our projects.

Our use of robotics and on-site waste product cleaning sets us apart from our competitors. With years of experience, we are qualified to offer professional guidance and solutions, delivering sustainable & innovative applications & industry equipment operator training. We serve the civil engineering, construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, and utilities sectors. We are proud of our team, seeing how their lives have improved as a result of the training, new skills and support we’ve managed to provide them.

Credit commentary:
The director is providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails the director becomes personally liable for the loan. We have assessed the Customer as Higher Risk. The Company advised this debt was incurred through the sale of fixed assets from Group to the Company. This is mitigated as we are taking the cross-company guarantee of the Group. The bank statements demonstrate reasonable affordability and the bank accounts remain well in credit.

Inflation Risk:
The business advised that they are affected by material and fuel cost increases, which is passed onto their clients. As the majority of lending to the business is at a fixed rate, they will not be immediately affected by interest rate increases. The directors do not expect to draw money from the business as all capital is vital for the growth of the business.
