Spartan Scaffolding Solutions Ltd provides access & scaffolding solutions, our full list of services include: Tube & fitting scaffold inc design services, Haki Staircases, Edge protection, Safety Netting, Safety Decking, Shrink-wrap encapsulation, Rope access and MEWP access. All our scaffolding is erected by our fully trained and qualified CISRS staff.

We offer our services on a domestic, commercial, or industrial basis and have numerous highly sought after accreditations including Scaffold association – Assessed members, Constructionline GOLD and Builders Profile Members to name a few. We’ve built a reputation with our clients for our speed and reliability service. Currently we are seeking funds for equipment and expansion.

Inflation risk:
The business advised that they will be affected by higher fuel, electricity and labour costs. As the majority of lending to the business is at a fixed rate, they will not be immediately affected by interest rate increases. The directors do not expect to draw money from the business all capital is vital for the growth of the business. The business advised that they are less likely to be impacted by inflationary pressures due to the sectors they work within and the fact that they will be able to pass these costs on directly to their clients.

Credit commentary:
The directors are providing a personal guarantee, this means that if the business fails, the directors become personally liable for the loan. The directors are homeowners, however this does not ensure there are sufficient assets should the loan need to be recovered. There have been no CCJs for the business or directors.
