We are celebrating Nitin Shah, CEO and founder of Refteck Solutions. Nitin’s business offers comprehensive services in, procurement, and in repair and maintenance.
Refteck Solutions is a global service and has offices in multiple regions around the world. Having raised £55k with us with a target of £53k, they were funded in only two days. We believe that this is due to Nitin’s strong vision and drive, which has seeped into his ability to build a passionate team that can be a source of inspiration for many others. For this reason, we are proud to have him in our community of innovative entrepreneurial leaders.
The Team
Nitin founded Refteck Solutions in June 2007 and has been successfully assisting large capital intensive plants in the Asian and European markets. Identifying, locating and sourcing OEM spare parts for manufacturing units, Nitin’s tenacity, motivation and strategic mind allowed him to bring Refteck Solution’s to a multi-level success.
Impressively partaking in Refteck Solution’s success as Director of Global Operations, Alpa Shah is a resourceful and creative individual with over eight years of experience. Her expertise is in global sourcing and supply chain management. Alpa’s natural ability to cultivate strong relationships with international manufacturers, distributors and suppliers has helped them reach further globally throughout the years. Alpa is just one of many in Nitin’s team and it is clear that he has meticulously curated his team to provide the best for his company.
The Company
Refteck Services started trading in 2007 and opened up their first office in the UK in 2008, 3 years later another in the US and by 2017, they were able to open up two more offices in India (where their technology centre is based), and Germany. They now operate across South-East Asia, Canada and the MENA region.
Refteck as a whole, provide maintenance and repair services along with operating materials to industrial plants around the world. They offer bespoke contracts supplies of imported machinery, equipment and other essential materials to meet the changing needs and demands of their plant.
Whether by ocean, air (via passenger or freighter) or road, Refteck Solutions have the proficiency and experience to move all types of cargo with individual care and attention. They also ensure that all of their supplies are responsibly and ethically sourced.
The company has evolved in many sectors, such as Oil & Gas, Refining, Energy, Mining, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and they are now expanding into the green sector. With a team of tested and efficient professionals, they are committed to remain market leaders in these industries.
