After a phenomenal response to our Reboot Britain campaign, we have so far raised more than £1.5m excluding any further institutional investment to run alongside private investors. We recently launched the campaign on the iOS app, allowing you to now invest directly into this campaign while on the go from anywhere in the world.
The Reboot Britain plan outlines in detail our plan to scale up the Crowd2Fund platform, increasing deal flow, growing the investor community and attracting private investment capital. Not only do we plan to scale the business in terms of transactions, but we will be significantly enhancing the platform that will allow for more innovative features and services.
In addition to building new features, we will be updating some of our existing features, such as the Exchange which allows you to sell your investment to another investor, and integrating our Smart-invest tool, which will allow you to set a lower risk investment profile and potentially even earn some interest on funds held within your Crowd2Fund account. With our enhanced credit policy we aim to re-invent the current account through the provision of liquidity. As with all features on Crowd2Fund they will not be protected by the FSCS.
This approach will also be a world first where deposits held within your account will solely be directed to entrepreneurs and small businesses rather than channeled to mainstream markets. We must remember that investing in small businesses and grassroots projects who form the backbone of our economy are essential to stimulate overall growth and prosperity.
We believe that as our economies, power centres, and institutions become more decentralized, the number of small businesses around the world will continue to grow, delivering a more productive and efficient economy globally. That is why we’re also planning to internationalise the platform to allow cross border investment across the 54 countries within the Commonwealth market.
Wealth creation can be made possible by firstly providing access to basic financial services to the unbanked, then providing access to capital to innovative, growing and environmentally and socially conscious small businesses all via a technology platform that will stimulate the creation of an online community. Our mission is to enable private investment to entrepreneurs with growth potential and also build a common marketplace for businesses to sell their products and services. All this will be delivered in a secure and compliant way.
We’re incredibly excited about what can be achieved by embracing the power of FinTech, entrepreneurship, and community. Join our movement by downloading the iOS app and invest in the Reboot Britain campaign via the convertible note and earn 4.00% APR paid monthly tax free via your Innovative Finance ISA.
